Mark T. Maguire, CPO
Prosthetist (Omaha Office)

Mark earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Orthotics and Prosthetics from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas.

He completed an Orthotic Residency at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center and a Prosthetic Residency at Madonna Rehabilitation Hospital in Lincoln, NE.

Mark successfully completed both certification examinations and is in good standing as a Board Certified Prosthetist/Orthotist. He is an active member of both the Academy of Orthotists and Prosthetists and The American Orthotic and Prosthetic Association.

Mark founded Advanced Prosthetics Center, LLC in 2001 with the basic goal of striving for clinical excellence in the delivery of limb loss rehabilitation.

Mark has carefully chosen a staff that he felt could share his desire for excellence in every area of the business.

A native of Omaha, Mark is extremely proud to be in his hometown serving his communities prosthetic needs.

Jeff Boonstra, CP
Prosthetist (Omaha + Dakota Dunes)

Jeff graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in 2000 with a bachelor’s degree in Health promotion and Marketing.

Jeff initially pursued a career in Personal Training and shortly after transitioned into sales and marketing for the international prosthetic manufacturing company, Ohio Willow Wood. As a sales representative Jeff quickly developed a strong interest in the clinical application of prosthetics.

Jeff’s interest motivated him to attend the Prosthetics degree program at the California State University. After graduating with a degree in clinical prosthetics he moved to Omaha to complete the final portion of his training, prosthetic residency.

Jeff successfully completed his NCOPE residency in 2005 and is now in good standing as a Certified Prosthetist and is also a member of the American Academy of Orthotists and Prosthetists. Jeff is a skilled practitioner with a unique specialty in lower limb prosthetic rehabilitation.

John Boldt, CPO
Prosthetist/Orthotist (Omaha Office)

John graduated from the University of Nebraska Lincoln in 1997 with a BS in Exercise Sciences.

He began his career at age 18 spending several summers designing and building devices in Kansas City. During undergraduate study he worked at Madonna Rehabilitation Center in Lincoln, NE as a technician and practitioner assistant.

In 2000 John was awarded a certificate in Orthotics and Prosthetics from Northwestern University Medical School. He successfully completed a 2-year NCOPE accredited residency program in Kansas City, MO.

After residency, John successfully completed both certification examinations and is in good standing as a Board Certified Prosthetist/Orthotist. John is also an active member of the Academy of Orthotists and Prosthetist.

John has since worked with a full spectrum O&P care in both the pediatric and geriatric populations. John joined Advanced Prosthetics Centers team of Limb Loss Rehab Specialists in June 2006.

As a specialist in both lower and upper extremity prosthetics, John has quickly become a valued member of our “Center of Excellence”.
